orbalife.com is the website of Orbalife, an online store operated by Northwake Ltd. Our company details are in our Terms and Conditions. These Terms of Use apply to orbalife.com, to the versions of the site for each country, and to the product pages, articles and offer pages we publish.

Our Check your order page shows the details of an order to anyone who enters both its order number and the email address used to place it. Keep your confirmation email private, and only use this page for your own orders or for someone who has asked you to help them. To protect our customers, we keep a record of the checks that are made.
We do our best to keep the descriptions, photos, prices and availability on the site accurate and up to date. Many of our products are made in small batches or from natural materials, so colour, grain, pattern and size can vary slightly from the photos.
The same product can be presented under a different name, collection or offer depending on the page and the country. Prices and availability can change, and mistakes can happen. If one affects your order, we tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
Some of our pages talk about wellbeing, comfort or nutrition. This content is general information, not medical advice. Our wellness products and supplements are not medicines, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
